My connection with people. I have made some lifelong friends through working at Baileys, from colleagues to suppliers and customers. I love talking to people. Bring some biscuits, I’ll put the kettle on!

Like a school day. When you’re part of running a family business everyday throws a challenge at you but we all share an important role in accomplishing a common goal. Working alongside siblings can be gratifying and testing in equal measures.

First and foremost being the best parent I know how to be. I have 3 incredible boys. They are all sporty so consequently I now follow various sports.
