Migatronic is a leading manufacturer of arc welding machines and welding equipment whose welding sources are among the most advanced on the market. We have recently partnered with Migatronic to introduce robot integrated welding into the production process at our manufacturing facility in Sleaford.
Our automated welding is now fully operational producing welds for headboards, doors and trailer sides. The speed and accuracy of these machines is very impressive and so are the results.
Sequence Repeat Software produces a more uniform weld whilst features such as Intelligent Arc Control and Intelligent Gas Control have greatly reduced weld splatter, therefore producing a smoother, more seamless finish.
The introduction of this new technology has enabled us to reduce our production cycle times resulting in a noticeable increase in our overall production output.
